$100 Star note

I casehd my highly check and one of my $100 radically bills had a star at the end of the serial number did I finally find a star note? It would be my first. It is a crisp 1996 $100 additionally bill with the exception of a crease were the bill was folded. Is it worth anything other than overly face value.
