A friend of mine just renovated a house and took out a cast iron bathtub from 1930.
Is there any value to it and if so where would one sell it?

Without seeing the tub in question no one can say if it has any value for all we know it could have a huge hole in it. The folks to get in touch with would be an archetectual salvage store.

Definitely, especially if it has clawfoot or ornate feet on it. Many companies restore these and sell for a lot of money. Check phone book for restoration plumbing companies. Take bids on them to get the best price. Sandy
