? Age/Value of Cobalt 10 Vase-with applied handles

Hello everyone...I recently acquired some very nice Estate pieces. One is this dark cobalt 10' vase with applied clear handles. It is not blown and it has a fluted edge. There are rings of rims on the base of the vase. Excellent condition - no chips or cracks...of course there are wear marks on very bottom that you *like* to see.

Any idea of the age and value of this lovely piece? Here's the URL to take a peek:

Just call me crazy, but I fail to see how you violated the FAQ'S. You did not offer to sell us your item and identification and price information is not a mortal sin. IMO. SO.....here is my opinion..... Your vase looks very much like Morgantown Glass to me (I bet Reyne could give you a more definitive answer). I checked in my book but could not find the very same shape...but the color, style, and applied handles are correct. See ya! Fayette
