cauldon england 14" platter with markings on back (Help with identification)

Hi:
Found this 14" platter marked Cauldon England
Markings on back is "B" and 40 with what looks like two 1's over the top of the 40
also in green what appears to be 476 with x's above and below the number. Are flowers on front morning glory or iris and what vintage might it be
any help extremely appreciated
