The Wilderness Park Museum is interested in information on climate control systems. The museum houses and exhibits primarily archaeological collections (stone tools, pottery, baskets, wooden items, and some textiles). El Paso is located in the Chihuahuan Desert and an basin and range province that is normally arid throughout the year, but fluctuations in humidity are common. At present, cooling in the summertime is provided by evaporative coolers and heating in the winter is with gas furnaces in a building of about 10,000 to 12,000 square feet, including a laboratory. We have a limited budget for installation of a system ($25,000.00) to control humidification, de-humidification, heating and cooling.
We would be interested in specific information pertaining to successfully installed and operational systems in like environments and museums of similar size.

This is not a climate control system, but a monitoring system that we are looking into. Thought I would pass this along http://www.masterpak-usa.com
