Help identifying old glass?

I am not a collector but am trying to help an elderly relative with de-cluttering her home. She has a very large collection of matching glassware, looks like crystal, probably cut glass? She seems to think it was not expensive as it originally belonged to her in-laws and they were not well off. The pieces are heavy but are not marked in any way that I can see. How can I identify it and find out if it has any value? Thanks for your help!
