Hi I need help identifying (and pricing) a small piece of Weller pottery that I picked up at auction. It is a 3 1/2'-by-5' oval basket with a handle and is 4 1/4' high at the top of the handle. There is a 3/8' hole at each end of the handle just above where it joins the body of the basket. The piece has a glossy yellow finish, and no relief or designs in the sense of arty Weller pottery. Can anyone help me to date/identify/price this piece? Your help is greatly appreciated.

It would help to have any marks or numbers on the bottom of your basket. It may be a Parian basket value $75-$100.

I have the Weller book, but I couldn't find anything with this exact description. The book (in a newer edition) is available at the 'biggie' bookstores
