I have a figurine, it looks like Dresden but there is no markings on the bottom of figurine.

"... looks like Dresden ..." is nonsense as Dresden is a town in Germany that housed tons of decoration studios but not one single real manufacturer. And like every pizzeria in New York makes different pizza every decoration studio in Dresden had its "own style" and even that changed depending on where they purchased the blanks.

If the item is unmarked you will barely have a chance of finding out anything.
