I think you've about hit them all. In addition, I would check the local papers on where you think you may want to work. Many employment ads are searchable on-line (ex. check out The Washinton Post web site at http://www.washingtonpost.com). Another suggestion, you may want to join regional or state museum associations whose newsletters contain additional job information beyond what is in Adviso.

Hello everyone,

I just joined this listserv. I was wondering if anyone had advice about where to locate museum job listings. I recieve aviso, am aware of the MERC web site, and the government jobs web site. Any other suggestions?

Thanks, Fran

also check on the Federal job listings. They have quite a few museum positions open right now.

What about 'Professionals for Non-Profits'? I have seen them list jobs here on the list. They might be a resource as well.
