I collect 'miniature Mason jars'. ie: S&P's, banks etc. I have S&P's of several types. I also have a variety of banks. I have several small bottles (S&P size) with a solid zinc lid. No holes for salt. According to the 'Red Book of Fruit Jars' there are small jars, bank size, 'with and without coin slots'. I have searched many antique shops and malls. I have found two piece lids (caps and rings) without coin slots. I have never seen a zinc lid without a coin slot. I have asked anyone I thought might know and have learned nothing. Does anyone on this group know anything about these jars? Do they even exist? I am assuming these meet the 'over 50 years' criteria. My mother, born in 1912, had a Mason bank when she was 'a little girl'.
