Mitzi Green known as Paramounts wonder child. Mitzi green was in Musical comedies & Movies, such as Tom Sayer & Skippy. As a marketing stratigy Paramount sold Mitzie Green's Art Needlework Outfit. It included instructions, outfits to cut & embroider. It's copyright is 1931 made by Standard Solophone MFG NY. I believe the doll is bisque or porcelian approx 6'. I have the whole kit....original box included.
Can anyone out there give me the approximate value? Better yet, give me an on line address for doll appraisals?

It may seem odd, but is nonetheless true, that things that are quite rare are not necessarily quite valuable. A celebrity doll has to represent someone the collector has heard of, or there's not much interest in collecting. So Shirley Temple, even though millions exist, bring better prices than less well-known celebrities.
Really, a proper appraisal can't be done by book or online, since it is based on factors that can be only appreciated in person. But for a ball-park idea, you might find the good book on celebrity dolls by John Axe. I don't own it, but you might be able to find it in your local library or bookstore.
Hope your Mitzi is in it. If not, you may be able to get a clue from people who collect needlework kits. They MUST exist

Have you tried the doll discussion group on AOL? They are in the Interests channel. Try keyword 'collecting' and then select 'toys, dolls and figurines'. The folks there are very knowledgable.
