Neeliebugg,
Please read the newsgroups called news.announce.newusers and news.newusers.questions. They are very helpful about explaining the world of the newsgroups, and how to use them to get answers to your questions.
For example, people generally feel that if you ask a question on the newsgroup, you come back to read the answers, for two reasons:
1. It's polite 2. Then everybody gets to learn from the answer, not just you.
Secondly, when you type in all capitol letters, it's harder to read. Also, that's what newsgroup users do when they want to be shouting.
