Information Please: I have a small rectangular tin of G. Washington's Instant Coffee. One of three coffee packets remains (unused) as well as the G. Washinton Coffee Refining Co. propaganda booklet packed inside. Can anyone tell me the age, collectable, value, etc.? My thanks in advance, Ev Miller

Dear Ev -

Obviously, INSTANT coffee won't be an antique (unless there were some water-powered instant coffee extractors used during the revolutionary war.)

The brand name 'G. Washington' is of little help to us - what WOULD be helpful is the manufacturer's address information which would be printed on the tin as well as on that 'propaganda' booklet.

Please report back publicly on rec.antiques with all address information contained therein
