I'm a french stamp collector and I collect frogs on stamps.
In my collection I have the stamp US Scott 2086. This stamp comemorates an exhibit held in 1984 in Louisiana on the theme "fresh water as a source of life". I would like to get more information about this exhibit: when was it held ? Where ? What was the purpose ?
