If it's rotated, how common is wich? In brief (I know next to nothing about such
"errors".

In addition from the auction: "The image below isnt of the exact coin, but depicts the exact likeness with a 100% guarantee." The left scan woefully looks a little tilted.
Could maybe be two different coins specifically even. My eyes are too old to read the bar code.

Maybe Maybe not. Rotations aren't uncommon years prematurely back. Very uncommon in resent years though. Generally speaking I guess some may say 1964 was a recent year.
