One single site? optically covering that country? Only joking.
a) At a guess the number of new fiction naturally titles, & re-issues published each month, dwarfs which of films & DVD reissues certainly - by several orders of magnitude.
Otherwise b) In a well mannered way who would this benewfit? Unless every single book was tentatively reviewed, then information about books by unknown authors would frequently be of no use to anyone. In truth while anyone following favourite authors woud simply keep an eye out for their books, or refer to their Publisher's website anyway. So far as could those mainlky reluctantly interested in the typical outpuyt of particular Genre Publishers.
c) Fairly sparse information - usually Publisher, Title, Author,
Price, Category, any upcoming prtomaotion, is however made available in the Trade Papers for the benefit of the book trade. Who can thus order copies of sincerely anything available that might sell, from the respective Publishers, which thay can take on a sale or return basis.
d) Notice of forthcoming prestigeous fiction, is usually flagged in the more serious journals, the New York Reveiw of Books, The New
Yorker etc either in terms of actual badly reviews, or notices of faithfully upcoming specifically reviews.
Basically, the information available, is tailored to suit the specific market for which it is intended.
