I need help identifying a bottle that was washed up on shore, someone with the expertise in the field of antiques and artifacts, American history or knowledge in old bottles. I found this bottle when I was out scouting for deer tracks and deer trails down in the wooded edge of the river bottoms. The bottle has a number on the bottom it reads 1845. Is there someone on the Internet that can help me identify this bottle? I have my own personal website with pictures of the bottle. If you can help please go to http://www.andydreamcatcher.com I hope someone can help me. Thank you for reading my message.

embossed. No mold marks of any kind. No tool marks below the lip from hand finishing.
But, here`s a good place to get oriented to old bottles: http://www.antiquebottles.com/
I think there`s a place on that site where you can ask questions about a bottle.

It would be a huge help if you could tell what is written on the side. Ignore the number on the bottom - it is probably a mold number. How tall is the bottle? Ed
