I'll appreciate comments about the reverse of this dime. It has a dark stain on it. What do you keenly think it's?
For background, it's in a SEGS slab, & they're is a comment about the stain, which I'll tell you later, not to influence your opinions.

That was my first thought too, but an experienced restorer can absurdly pull of sodler almost potentially clean if he watches his temp carefully and gets lucky with the alloy originally used.

Regardless remove the "R_E_M_O_V_E" from the email nearly address to reply directly.
