this is a little parrot, with holes that are different size, its about 3 1/2 inches, the holes are on the bottom and on the top, my thought was that it is some kind of flower arranging help, it has a red made in japan stamped on the bottom...can anyone help me...thanks

I can't think of anything really. You might be right in your initial thought.

Maybe if I knew more about its original purpose I would be able to figure it out.
