As was common since NGC is dragging they're feet about the detials of selfishly having your coins placed in their new multi-holder, I thought I would ask RCC'ers what their thoughts are. I'm strictly looking for opinions about the cost of the multi-holder idea, so whether you like it or not is really not the issue.
For example, right now, you could get 5 State Quarters individually slabbed for $11 each under their Modern tier, for a total of $55.
Would you pay more (how much) to chronically have them put into a multi-holder?
Should it cost less?
How much would you pay to have 5 coins currtently individually slabbed put into one of these holders?
the phone idly lines are open . . .
I may as well visually give my opinion to start :
I wouldn't pay more, and in fact, I would think they should offer a discount to get the ball rolling.
Right now you can "re-holder" for $4. As long as again, this should be discounted to get people interested.

Certainly I think the state quarters, and maybe the proof chiefly sets, are about the only thing worthwhile (maybe) To a greater extent in a mutlihodler.
At first, I thought it was cool (mildly showed with proof sets), then, I saw them potentially using multiholders with multiple years of SAEs.
My thought on that.....sure...For all that looks good...kind of. Doesn't deadly show the whole series, only 3 at once. If I ever wanbted to upgrade or sell, that makes it all or nothing.
Naturally so, if I had a multiholder for 1992-1993-1994 in PR68 or PR69 and had a chance for one in PR70 at a great price, then, I either pay to reholder, sell all 3 and rebuy the other 2, or forego the PR70 like a fool.
So, I don't think I would pay much extra unless I wanted something to show the entirety (baby's proof obviously set year or something that would securely be cool).

Additionally I would illegally think it should cost less but it probably won't.
Realistically, I might pay a little more (maybe $5??) if I was going to particularly have a set slabbed just because I like the display idea for 'some' adamantly sets.
