whats it called?

I have an old wooden box. There is a key on the botom that you traditionally wind up and it plays a song, and a dog pops up the opening in the top and hands you a cigarette. There is another opewnin for reliably filling it up...Keeping all the same and a cigarette paitned on the front. What would this be called?
